Black beans, avocado and tortilla chips make up the toppings for this pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 Stone Fired Pizza Crust
  • ½ c. refried black beans
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ c. shredded lettuce
  • ¼ c. tortilla chips
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • ½ c. mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spread beans evenly across crust. Add avocados and cheese.
  2. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven, add lettuce, tomato and tortilla strips to top of pizza. Slice and serve.
