BLT Pizza


  • 1 12" Original Gourmet Crust
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • ½ c. lettuce, shredded
  • 5 bacon slices, fully cooked and crumbled
  • ½ tbsp. olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Brush olive oil on crust.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on crust.
  4. Cook bacon thoroughly per package instructions.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on crust. Add bacon. 
  6. Place pizza in the oven on center rack for 8-10 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove from oven.
  7. Add lettuce and tomato, slice and serve.

Grilling Instructions:

  1. Place pizza in grill with lid closed for 5-7 minutes on pizza stone or using indirect heat, until toppings are warmed and crust is golden brown. 


If using individual size pizza crust, use 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/3 cup cheese and toppings as desired.
